Five countries, namely Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru stood out in the mapping study done in 2013, particularly because of the magnitude of their already existing collaborations with Switzerland and their potential in terms of increasing scientific and academic cooperation with Swiss scientists or institutions. The Seed Money Grant seeks to initiate or intensify research collaboration between Switzerland and the above mentioned countries.

The call is open to all scientists at federal and cantonal universities, universities of applied sciences, universities of teachers’ education and public research institutions. The maximum granted amount per project is CHF 25,000.

  • Opening: March 23rd 2015
